Stokes Restaurant & Bar was created by three close friends. In 1996 Kirk and Dorothea Probasco joined Chef Brandon Miller to open Stokes Restaurant & Bar. Their vision was clear - pair Brandon’s bold dishes with exceptional European and American wines and serve guests with a self-assured finesse as if diners were visiting a private home.
